The Forum has offered world-class comfort and luxury retirement living in a resort-style setting for decades in the Silicon Valley area of Northern California. We were fortunate to have been introduced to them through a referral in the Senior Living industry. It was a perfect fit for both of us.
Challenge
After working with a large senior living ad agency in the Midwest for several years, The Forum was ready to move to a local resource for their marketing and digital needs as they expanded their services and broke ground on 23 new villas.
Solution
We met these clients at one of their sales events. We used this opportunity to learn about their audience, their pain points, and their sales challenges.
We began with their website, creating a coherent story through-line that included an easier-to-navigate site map and mini-sites for their 5-star rated Health Center and another for their New Villas.
With the outbreak of COVID-19 and Bay Area wildfires, we have strategically used the website home page to alert visitors of updates as they occur.
