Partnering with the renowned developer Minto Communities and planning a total of 6,900 two- and three-bedroom homes worth a collective $1 billion, the first will be opening in Daytona Beach by late summer 2018.
Jimmy is betting that his target audience of Parrotheads and like-minded Baby Boomers would like to live the lifestyle he sings about: the beach, flip-flops and Hawaiian shirts, outdoor living, tequila and a jigger of salt.
